Finding Opinions & Other Court Documents
Google Scholar has most (if not all) Supreme Court opinions. After entering case name, select "Case Law" option under search box, and press search. In results page, make sure to select the "Supreme Court" decision (Supreme Court should be seen in green underneath case title).

Find opinions and other related court documents by searching cases in alphabetical order in "Case Name List" under "Historic Decisions" (before 1992) or "Decisions 1992-present".
Justia - Supreme Court Center
Search for the opinions of particular cases by selecting "Opinions by Year".
Findlaw: Supreme Court Opinions
Select "Party Name Search" tab to find the opinions of your case by name. At the top of selected case page, click on "Cases citing this case: Supreme Court/Circuit Courts" to see how this ruling as impacted other cases.
